I call this the horror hotel. Nothing is good. The smell is crazy strong. It smells like dead bodies. I was an undertaker and that's the closest I can describe it. I was heaving in the lift at one point. They put a spray air freshener in there at one point that did nothing. They blamed the drains. The stench is bad. The rooms are two/ three star at best. Shabby, used and dated. Mould in the bathroom and had to use the loo brush to prob the bath tap up to wash. Only good thing was the tv. I never have nightmares but woke up feeling like someone was watching me the first night. Second night woke up and this stange man's face was so clear in my mind. It's not right. Never have I experienced this before and really can't shake it off. This is completely genuine. When I got in the lift everytime it reminded me of American Horror Stories the hotel series because of the smell and vibe. Never in my life have I ever felt like that and go away several times a year. I would never recommend this hotel.

Really disappointed in this hotel. What looked and advertised to be a great hotel was shocking! The room was filthy, there was dried blood on the quilt, a bug in the bed as well as the bath. The hotel itself was extremely noisy and not just noise from the venues outside. It was impossible to be quiet when walking on the wooden floor and the walls were so thin you could hear conversations for joining rooms. I also worry about the safety due to the fact there were no advertised stairs just lifts which you should avoid during emergencies. Staff were rude, ignored you when you were in reception and have yet to respond to any of the emails I have sent.

Awful, dirty and rude staff. They Also ask for a security deposit of 50 per person which has not been returned despite no damage to the room-if u look up more reviews you will see this is a very common accurance, scam !
