Sir Thomas Hotel

You will not be disappointed, friendly staff, clean and a fabulous breakfast. Central situation. Fantastic value for money.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Easy to find straight down from Liverpool Lime Street station and great location, just round the corner from the Caven Quarter. Room- absolutely lovely big king size bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, iron and board. Tea/ coffee making facilities and biscuits. The only thing that let the room down was the bed, a bit springy and very heavily stained was the mattress. Bathroom was lovely but again the thing that let it down was the shower, the pressure wasn't great and water wasn't coming out of all the holes in the shower head, which may I I add was spotless clean. Breakfast was good, a small continental choice and a menu for hot food. Had the breakfast one morning and couldn't fault it at all. The hotel is the old bank of Liverpool and is a great building. The staff are great always there to help if needed. When I checked out I used the taxi service button in reception, you press it and it gives you a reference number and then when the taxi comes you let the driver know the number. Only thing was when he dropped me at the station and I said pay with card please he said it was cash only. Luckily I had some cash on me, but didn't see anywhere telling me this information when booking it, unless I missed it. Overall a great stay and can highly recommend.

Over night stay and couldn't of asked for anything better! From smooth check in , beautiful room with comfy beds and fabulous breakfast. In great collection, will definitely be back again soon!
