Ullet Suites

The suite was in very bad condition. The suite had visible signs of rodent activity, which has lead to family member contracting ring worm. Also the suite was poorly cleaned and beds were seriously uncomfortable.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay ,nothing like the photos !! Full of dirt ,grime and rodents ( over night the bin had been chewed along with food pulled out ). It needs a good clean ,decorating ,beds need replacing the mattress are like sleeping on bare springs ( both beds ). Curtains and blinds need a good clean . Was too late to find something else . Was bitten so I thought ... went to a pharmacy today to be told it's ring worm . Just waiting to see my GP . Going to now have to throw the suitcase away and boil wash everything we took!! Please don't waste your time . I rang them to be told to send an email with photos which I did . They told me to use their booking email which I did . Rang again today not been looked at ,and managers seem to be in uncontable . Trying to get help with booking.com isn't any better

It's been awhile since I visited however avoid at all costs. Findings the establishment is hard enough and you had to travel to a sister hotel to obtain a code. The codes on the doors for the room were not changed between guests so once you had the code you could go back and enter the room at any point and this is what happened to my moms rooms. People entered my moms rooms whilst we were out and stole her belongings even make up pallets. On top of this they even tipped water in the bed ect.. absolutely violating to have your belongings stolen and have someone be so nasty. Other guests did hear the commotion but did not think anything of it as they assumed the guests staying there had returned. We know the codes to the door were not changed between guests as a older dated letter from months previous had the same code which was in one of the draws. Never on earth would I ever dream of stepping foot in this place again and never would I ever recommend them At the time when I did call management didn't really seem bothered and just said oh send an email.
