Customer service was second to none. A big shout out to all the staff - in particular Tony and Stacey who were especially helpful in providing a 1st class service. The hotel was clean and the facilities including the pool are great. The room and bathroom were somewhat dated and could do with a refresh; however, the bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, and a few extras were provided such as water, biscuits and a coffee machine. Back to the staff though - from the point of reception through to the kitchen staff and chef - all amazing.
