Albyn Townhouse

Beautiful room and nice house. Lydie is very hospitable and welcoming, and provides good information both before and during the stay. Very quiet and calm, which suited us perfectly. Lives on the top floor, you must be able to manage climbing 48 stairs, so it's good to be aware of that. Bus 5 minutes away that goes downtown, or take a walk through Meadows park is also nice. Bruntsfield offers some cozy shops and restaurants.

Lovely room for the one night but would happily have booked again if I needed another stay. Lydie was so welcoming, the place was charming and filled with character. It was a short walk for us to get into Edinburgh center and easy to reach by car.

This is a fantastic location, just a little out of the main town. Easily accessible by bus or a downhill 20 minute walk.Surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants. Lydia was a superb host and helped us with our heavy bags. Highly recommended.
