Best Western Bruntsfield Hotel

Stayed for 4 nights. Excellent hotel. Spacy rooms, professional stuff and great location. It is not very central, but that is the idea: Far from the main tourist attractions and in front of a green park and several places to eat and shop. Recommended.

Quiet hotel a bit far from the historic center. Old residence, welcoming lobby and friendly staff at the front desk. The housekeeping staff is unfriendly, no hello🥴 Avoid room 231, the kitchen exhaust is nearby (noise and smell)😳 Carpet on the floor 🫣. The bedding is good, old shower. The room is clean🤗 We enjoyed the pub and the dinner as well as the breakfast 👍

I had a lovely stay at JA The Bruntsfield Hotel on Friday 26th June 2026. The hotel has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and is in a great location, close enough to enjoy Edinburgh while still feeling peaceful. Boglarka Dombi on reception was very helpful, warm, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I had my AD with me, and she handled everything in a kind and professional way, making the stay feel even more comfortable and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, including a dog bed for my AD. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable from arrival to departure. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-located hotel in Edinburgh.
