Braveheart Guest House

Booked hotel in good faith as they advertised breakfast. We were sent a email with a list of no,s And one of them was no Breakfast We promptly requested a refund as we felt we had been deceived We were blankly refused even though it was within the allowed cancellation period with Agoda. Would not recommend unless you just want to give your money away for no service.

To be honest we had a very pleasant time in Breave heart guest house . The room was OK, definitely need some TLC, but the bed and the pillows was one of the most comfortable that we ever have. Very quiet place and only 10 minutes away from the old town.

The bed was so comfy I asked if I can take it home couldn't fault the room at all fresh n clean and I stayed two nights got fresh towels the manager was helpful with the tv and it was easy to find from the train station. The hotel messages you on email or booking com and you can contact them back through that service
