Crowne Plaza Edinburgh - Royal Terrace

What a lovely and accommodating hotel. Staff are so friendly and willing to help. A special mention to Lewis who sorted everything out from the minute we walked in. Short walk into city centre. Bar well stocked. Good fantastic. Rooms clean and lots of towels and toiletries. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly, especially the front desk and Taimoor in the bar/restaurant!

Nice and clean hotel! Room is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Staffs are very friendly. 10mins walk to Colton Hill. Great value for the money. We stayed on the first level with the window facing the street but definitely not too noisy since the Hoyel is not on a busy street. We added breakfast to our stay. Kiaudia and Edward were our servers and Edward is the sweetest and hardest working person I’ve known. He always makes sure to check in on us and really kind to the kids. Our kids adored him and were really sad not seeing him on our last day there as he’s on a well deserved vacation.
