DALMAHOY MARRIOTT HOTEL & COUN

My wife and I booked the relaxed Brasserie for a birthday meal with the three kids and it was absolutely fantastic. All the staff were so friendly and efficient and they made it extra special when they delivered a happy birthday decorated chocolate plate. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it, food was amazing and very comfortable surroundings. We finished the evening with a walk round the beautiful grounds and a play at the park. We got married at the Dalmahoy in 2018 so it was great to have a nice experience with the three kids there. Thank you.

We spent an afternoon waiting in line at the reception: 1. To check in and find out that our rooms were not ready. 2. To ask at 3 PM if they were ready as established by Booking.com but they were not. 3. To find out that the hotel had an additional delay in the delivery of two rooms of another half hour, therefore delivery at 4 PM. 4. Line at 5 PM to finally check in. For those planning a 5-day trip to Scotland, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel despite the beauty of the building and the golf course.

Wow. What an amazing place this is. From the grounds, to the food the rooms. I can fault nothing. The breakfast snd the breakfast staff were first class. The meals we ate were delicious. Despite the venue having a wedding on both days we were there alongside other events we can not fault anything about our stay.
