Terrible! £435 for one night for the tiniest store room converted into a room! The receptionist even admitted they bump the prices up when there are events on at the stadium. This hotel chain knows how to rip people off. Breakfast was paid for as part of the room stay, they ran out of most items! So there was stale bread and stale pasteries left. A good manager would have thought on their feet, walked to the local Tesco express and purchased some eggs! I did receive a partial refund but when the room rate is £78 on a Saturday night usually, I still feel that it’s not good enough.

Hotel looks lovely when you first enter but our room was awful. I was charged £344 for one night in a queen room. Our room had black mould of the walls next to the windows, our bathroom sink kept blocking and wouldn’t drain, our tv didn’t work correctly and kept glitching. Bed pillows kept coming out of there cases and were orange with dirt. There was splatters up the wall of what looked like blood. We stayed for a concert so didn’t notice until we got back and was too late to change rooms! Wouldn’t stay again

The Four Points Sheraton at Haymarket in Edinburgh is a great place to stay! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is awesome! The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh!
