We were part of a big group and every time we were supposed to check in, the check in time was delayed. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst ones we have experienced. The second time we checked in, one of the lifts did not work. Also, we walked around in the area, and we had a hard time to find nice restaurants and shops in the area. Because of a fire, the tram did not go to the central area of Edinburgh, - but luckily we found some buses which went to central area of Edinburgh. But the rooms are OK, there is free WI-FI and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Both bathrooms we had at the hotel, had great showers.
