Jurys Inn Edinburgh (I)

Arrived at 9:15pm, and saw the menu (picture attached) shows food is available until 10pm. I call room service at 9:30, to be told I have to call back at 11pm to order. Which is absolutely awful. Poor service from a rude receptionist.

Robby made our stay in Edinburgh so much better than we ever expected. From day one, he took the time to really understand what we were looking for and helped us find amazing tours and drivers we never would have found on our own. He was always attentive, knowledgeable about the city, and just genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. If you’re staying in Edinburgh and get the chance to have Robby help you out, take it. You can tell he truly loves what he does and goes above and beyond for guests. Thank you for everything, Robby!

Excellent location close to Waverly station. There is a nice park nearby so it was pleasant to wait for checkin. The room has air conditioning which was appreciated as it was warm in Edinburgh. There are many electrical outlets in the room. There is a convenient small store for drinks in the lobby. The reception desk was kind to let me print a document I needed also.
