Lochend Serviced Apartments

Just back from a weekend in Edinburgh and stayed Lochend Service Apts with friends. Good location and gererally good looking apt, but whole thing needs some serious TLC as not very well cleaned with grease and crumbs ontop of fridge and stains on oven door. Bedding duvee covers had an unpleasant smell. We couldn't manage to get the heating on, so contacted those responsible and left a message. Still waiting for any response. Poor poor poor in cold weather.

Clean, comfy, great service. Will definitely be back again. The rooms were a good size and every facility was provided for. On main bus route to and from Edinburgh City centre making travel easy so we didn't need to use the car.

As with previous reviewers Avoid at all costs. Very old pics on website accommodation very very tired very grubby. No reception at weekend no reply on phone number. Very dissatisfied with whole experience and management attitude.
