Mansion Beaverbank

I 100% recommend Beaverbank Place! I had an amazing stay here. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The rooms are well-maintained, and everything you need is provided. The staff are outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. During our stay, we were cooking in the shared kitchen and accidentally created some smoke, which triggered the fire alarm. The staff responded immediately, checked that everyone was safe, and handled the situation calmly and professionally. Their quick response and kindness really impressed us. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Great value for money, excellent facilities, and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for a nice and affordable place to stay in Edinburgh, I highly recommend Beaverbank Place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have stayed here twice before whenever we come to fringe. This year we were put in the other block of flats opposite the main building where you check in. The first night was alright the next morning I managed to have a shower and when my husband went to take his the water was cold. When we mentioned it to reception we were told that early mornings up until 1030 it was peak and hot was likely to runout and it would be fine outside these hours. So we tried when we got back late in the evening but this time neither of us could have a shower water was too cold. This carried on throughout our 3 night stay and when mentioned it to reception at check out we were told that this was expected and when I said we should have been told at check in or booking that this may happen the lady said they never tell anyone about this which I found odd as that’s false advertising surely. We didn’t make a farce but we will not recommend this anymore to anyone noir will we stay there again. Waste of cash given all we want is a clean bed and shower as we spend the majority of the time at events. Save your money or pay more for a better place

Wouldn't let my dog sleep on a mattress that bad. The response from them thanks for letting us know!! Absolutely appalling way to treat customers.
