A Beautiful Experience Wonderful place to live. I had my visit with my wife for birthday celebration. It was amazing. Just ignore previous reviews from some people as the Services are amazing. It is Spacious, beautiful and fully equipped apartment. Amazing ambience and environment. Worth booking.

Would not recommend at all. Wet bed when we arrived, not very clean. Very poorly looked after. Dust everywhere. No hot water for 72 hours other couple tv wouldn't work the whole 4 days. Guy checked and said i dont know how to fix. Taps falling out of wall, mold in bathroom. Shower doors broken. when they came to give towels sometimes only 1 for two people and were threadbare. Kitchen cupboards had what looked like stabs of nails. Needs a huge overhaul in rooms and attitude! We shouldn't have paid for this or at very least 2 days refunded but they did nothing.

We walked here from the train station (Waverley ) it was a 30 minute walk. We arrived and desk was manned which was good as the access code had not been sent despite several attempts from me to contact them to get it. We had the deluxe twin which was downstairs ,the room was clean and although could do with a little work was certainly adequate for our needs. Tea bags and coffee sachets were supplied and some of the small uht milks so we was able to have a drink when we got there. Although cutlery/dinnerware is available it is literally 2 of everything, towels were supplied but not a tea towel. Staff on the desk were friendly but it is not always manned . The only noise we heard was from other people’s door closing when they went in/out.
