Got to hotel early. Tried to check in at 3pm had to wait 15mins as room not ready. Asked for an extension cable for my Cpap machine not got one and was told to bring one next time or request a room...

Stayed in this hotel a few times now . Functional but expensive, even by Premier Inn standards . Last couple of visits the bar , restaurant staff have been run of their feet . Badly organised service...
