The County Hotel

Absolutely beautiful place ideal for nice 🙂 couples please ban yobs or junkies from entering this beautiful spot in dalkeith my room was immaculate beautiful bed very comfy never slept so well in years was that impressed I've got the name 🤣 of all the furniture and TV so i can furnish my home with the same beautiful decor. ❤️💯🩷🩷🩷 Very well decorated finished too a very high standard no damage or filth anywhere the place was spotless. Apart from the the very bassy night club i actually had a very pleasant stay staff were very attentive and got me booked in no problem everything is very safe all of the doors have electric magnetic catches so other tenants can't get into your rooms ideal if your bringing expensive electrics with you. Even your own bedroom door is done via an electric code which is given too you when you enter note the code only works on your door and the main and the hallway door too the laundry any other hallway it won't work it's a security feature. Plus your super safe as there is 24hour CCTV and even a lift too all the accessable floors 4 floors in total i believe including the laundry on the 2nd floor. So the hotel has everything that may cater too your every needs they even have free toast and cereal you can help yourself too in the main hallway part of breakfast even milk was given that on arrival thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place too the elderly or working professionals only thanks very much for having me Michelle. X

Stayed at hotel for 8 days. Comfortable, modern room and modern toilet and shower. Great having a fridge. Forks in rooms. Helpful staff and caring attitude. Any requests made. Nice quiet area. Local restaurants near by which was useful.

On arrival we called for the access code which was provided straight away, and we found the room easily enough, there is a loft which was fantatsic. The room was lovely a really good size for me and my sister, all clean and tidy. the beds comfy so managed to sleep well. Bad bits but not the fault of the owners. 1st night we were kept up by a group of young lads banging doors and making general noise. 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 12.30pm so was outside waiting for the fire brigade to arrive and give the all clear, luckily that didn't take too long but again this was down to the group of young lads as we heard them mention and laugh about the fact they had done it. But all in all the location was fab, rooms were great and there is plenty of amenities near by. The rooms have a fridge, kettle and microwave with plates and cutlery and a few coffee and tea bits. We would definitely recommend the property and would also stay again.
