Very awful reception. Very poor customer service.

Ok Hostel . Reasonably cheap price for two Nights stay. Comfy bed, good kitchen and social room. Very near to Haymarket Station and a 15 minute walk to Princes Street. Now the bad bits . This is not really the Hostels fault but someone in my room took my door entrance card. No one owned up!. This caused me stress but the Hostel did give me another card. Moral of story is to protect your personal items and also make use of the Lockers available. You don’t know who you are sharing with. Ruth

First of all, the service to arrive early and store your luggage was very good. It was approximately five hours before check-in time, and I was happy to allow baggage storage, and Jim could be stored in a warehouse with a cctv. I used the hostel for the first time, I used a 12-person room, but first the beds were too bad to move a little. And because the shower room was all public regardless of gender, it was a little uncomfortable. It felt like the laundry was not done at all. Based on this experience, the hostel will not be used again.
