Dene House

My room was just lovely, huge bed, huge bathroom, had a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle.. even milk included in the fridge..and dressing gown in the cupboard. I stayed in Ormsby room..and it was just so welcoming, the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Would definately stay again.

This is AN AMAZING PLACE. Martin, the owner, was very pleasant and helpful. I had a two night stay (just got back home to Manchester this evening) and the experience was lovely. The bed was like lying on a lilo on a calm pool, really comfy. The amenities in your room, all there for your needs, with full en-suite shower and bathroom. THE PLACE IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN TOO. The cooked breakfasts are lovely, with a variety of choices, and they set you up for the rest of the day. Because I was departing early (this morning actually) to get back to Manchester, Martin very kindly arranged an early breakfast for me, which was extremely kind. Thank you Martin. Overall, this place is A LITTLE GEM and such GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. If ever I find myself back in Great Yarmouth again, I know where I'll be heading to to stay. MAXIMUM STARS FROM ME. CHRIS.

Had The Filbey Room downstairs equipped With soft double bed plenty pillows thick blanket to get a good sleep.The room was well equipped too Inc Heater to warm feet after long stroll coffee machine fridge so don’t have to live on take aways wall mounted tele. Breakfast fresh cooked to order by Martin The owner who is a genial host Without being intrusive on a bus route into town if you have luggage or can download Albies taxi app £6 from Asda next Station Highly recommended
