The Eiders

We had a lovely stay at the Eiders. Lovely quiet break away with the dog. It's in a great location not too far from Cromer and Holt and a good pub nearby - 5 minutes walk. Host were great, good tips on places to visit. We visited the old North Norfolk steam railway - which was a lovely day out, stopping at sheringham to explore the pretty seaside town and weybourne. We visited the village nearby and had a lovely Thai meal and had a good teashop and beach. We also had a great boat trip from horning which the host recommended. Lovely clean accommodation - very peaceful.

Great place to stay, lovely clean apartments, outdoor swimming pool which is great when a mini heatwave comes. The Eiders is dog friendly (small dogs). Simon and Odele are both very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Absolutely a jewel of a find and would not hesitate to stay here again if visiting this part of the world. The room ( the Orpington) was exceptional, clean and just perfect . We have only given 4 stars however as the road noise although a reasonable distance away was quite intrusive. We only met one of the owners - Odele, who after our meet and greet left us alone for our stay but made it clear she was always available if anything was needed. We did our own breakfast (toast) in the kitchenette as we aren't really morning people but evening meal was on both nights at the Roman camp Inn and is also thoroughly recommended.
