Stayed in Room 10, spa room 1. Very spacious and well appointed room with a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Large, comfortable bed great for a good nights sleep. Lovely in room amenities tray with coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolate mints. In room fridge with ability to purchase drinks and snacks. Breakfast is outstanding, I had a full breakfast both days and Robert does cook to order. Cannot fault this extremely clean and welcoming guest house. Is a home away from home and one I will continue to return to.

I have just had a lovely 6-day stay at Beaumont House. The bright, sunny room was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. There was a daily-replenished supply of water, chocolate mints, biscuits, instant coffee, fresh coffee (a plunger cafetiere was provided), tea, sugar and milk. The breakfasts were really good. I highly recommend the chef's breakfast special, which changes from day to day and is always delicious. The guest house is near North Beach which is a wild and beautiful area of protected sand dunes where rare birds nest. It is also a short walk from the central sea front with all its shops, eateries, the pier and the pleasure beach.

Not the warmest welcome and breakfast not the best and having to pay for extras that should be freely available is not good but location is great and room was clean
