Perfect location for moving our daughter into her campus room at the start of the academic year. Good facilities and excellent value. Very clean bathroom and bedroom and very helpful concierge. Parking good and included in the price as long as you log your car registration. We arrived after the reception was closed and it was very easy to find the after hours access and get into our room. Shall definitely be using when we visit our daughter and have recommended to family

Straightforward low price hotel in a very good location for UEA Norwich. It’s my third stay here and we were very happy with the room, staff and price.

This is a terrible hotel . It’s old tired and dated . The bed is very uncomfortable and the windows filthy . It’s noisy inside and out and uncomfortably hot and cramped . The bed linen is hot and makes you sweat ( not cotton) . A very unpleasant experience
