Can I just thank Debbie and Arthur for a wonderfully comfortable stay (room2) just up the one flight of stairs which was good for us. our room was bigger than the average b and b we had stayed in and our en suite had a bath and a shower. Arthur cooked us a lovely breakfast each morning thank you. The Cleasewood was walking distance from the town and pier. Debbie was very knowledgeable about different things too walks what’s on in the town where is best to eat evening meal etc. thank you It was great value for money we felt and the atmosphere was very friendly. Debbie and Arthur were great hosts and we would definitely recommend a visit if you are Great Yarmouth way. Thank you for a lovely stay. Janice and Keith ❤️💙

Been wanting to do a weekend break in Great Yarmouth, and I needed to stay somewhere that was affordable to my budget, and that's what led me to The Cleasewood. It was fairly easy to locate and reach and when I was there, it absolutely exceeded my expectations, the room was clean and tidy, and always re-made when you leave the sign out on the door as you leave for the day's activities. The service was very exceptional, Debbie and Arthur, who own this place, make you really feel like your part of their family. Breakfast was nice, they cater for all options and whatever you ask for the night before, they will cook it for you at the time you choose. It was so peaceful and calm, not too much background noise at night. Highly recommend staying here if you ever want to spend a weekend away in Great Yarmouth.

From the moment we arrived, Arthur and Debbie welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel at home straight away. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and we had an exceptional stay. Our room (Room 10) was bright, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed a lovely partial sea view. Breakfast was excellent and the perfect start to each day. Arthur and Debbie were wonderful hosts, always friendly and happy to help—nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.
