Room was nice
Staff were excellent including Joe in the brasserie couldn’t do enough for us , the food was shocking ended up having a 20% discount on the food which was know where near enough but because Joe was extremely helpful we accepted.
We used the spa facilities and what surprised me was that I said there weren’t any dressing gowns in the wardrobe and the spa receptionist said because you didn’t book a spa package you had to hire the dressing gowns , now I was totally surprised at this because we had paid full price for the room and the treatments these should automatically be complimentary, the spa treatments were excellent and I would have bought the Elemis products had we be offered the dressing gowns , this put us off using the whole spa facilities, because then we couldn’t bring our room towels to the pool , and we couldn’t use the pool towels but would have to return them upon leaving the spa area which defeats the object. Could not fault the service everyone was friendly and extremely helpful
