Great service from the staff and room was very clean and tidy.

We are staying here for 4 nights, we have stayed at this hotel many times before and chose it because my husband had a stroke 4 months ago and I had a hip replacement 3 months ago so wanted somewhere central. We would like to thank all of the staff who have been so willing and helpful especially Lynette who made sure we got a balcony room so my husband could sit outside as he suffers from anxiety since his stroke and as an extra special touch made sure we had two lovely comfortable chairs. We chose the meal deal for breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent as always. The hotel is very clean and some of the rooms have a river view which is lovely in the summer to see the broads cruisers going by.
