I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel - the staff were friendly, rooms & the food were great, spa & gym facilities really good. Unfortunately I left my shorts at the Hotel - I was pleased they contacted and informed me but I'm a disappointed that I would have to pay £8.95 to get them returned! I would expect more from a customer service point of view from a 4 Star hotel - this has just taken the shine off the stay unfortunately.

Had our work party here again and it’s so brilliant. Wasps weren’t an issue this time round so they’ve clearly listened to their customers. Service was brilliant, team were great.
