Visiting the area from Scotland and past The Inn on way to nearby Zoo. Made a mental note to stop in on our way back. Glad we did.
Lovely, clean country Inn with prompt, efficient staff. Starters were met by our hungry daughters with ‘these mushrooms are perfect’. Bread and olives for our starters were just the job too. Mains of burgers equally well received and personally my mac and cheese was probably the best I have ever had. Other half had the fish and was impressed with the crispy batter. Perfect fresh food, served and presented excellently.
Definitely recommend this place either if passing or make a definite plan to visit. I know we will if back down that way. Gold star!
