It’s not great at all Doesn’t have air conditioning The rooms are clean but bathrooms and I’ve stayed in a few rooms here are outdated and paint peeling from previous winters damps The car parking is reasonable and it’s a good location for work

Spent £500 for a balcony room only to find lack of air conditioning - kettle covered in limescale - pillows as soft as marsh mellows - no room service available - reception staff don’t answer the phone and when visited in person looked at me blankly - shower head provides poor pressure when in use - sockets allowing 3 pin plugs uk minimal, rest are round pin - advice take an extension lead …. - overall a hotel that doesn’t offer 4* service
