Old Swan Hotel

We just returned after staying at this hotel for the weekend. It is full of olde world charm and has amazing features. We were on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis and the food was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s such a pleasure to stay in this quaint, historic hotel. This is our 3rd visit and we shall return.

Outdated hotel, unfriendly staff and its only positive is it is centrally located.

Stayed at the Old Swan recently Beautiful room as we booked 2 of the suites. Great room with lounge & beautiful bathroom. Good breakfast Shame we were woke by staff talking very loudly below our bedroom window outside the rear entrance. Obviously oblivious of sleeping guests above!! Shame the lady on checkout and breakfast room staff look so miserable and don’t make any effort to at least pretend you are a welcome paying guest. Such a shame as hotel is beautiful Think a staff meeting with importance of customer service wouldn’t go a miss.
