Old Royal Oak

Had a lovely 3 night stay. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, they had veggie options. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything in the market square. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the bed was a little hard but that’s just personal preference. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. 6 of us stayed there for a York races trip. £310 per double/twin room for 3 nights b&b. Great value. Clean, friendly and within a stone's throw of everything. Station is a few minutes away. We'll be back!!!!

Excellent room clean and tidy staff excellent and helpful . Breakfast amazing would recommend you stay here right in the town centre will definitely stay again thank you for a great 2 days.😄😄
