Hilton Liverpool

Room was 84 degrees and reported the issue at 6 pm. By 10 pm no better and asked for another room. Was told someone would be there n 15 min to take care of. Person came to verify the ac was working. At 11 pm we asked for return and walked to another hotel. Terrible customer service!!! NEVER stay at Hilton in Liverpool City Center!!! Very old hotel that needs upgrades. Hilton should be ashamed to let this hotel carry their name!

Polite at reception. Room could do with updating. Quite central. No fridge.. Wasnt too impressed as i found quite a few moths in room. Good selection for breakfast. Gym facility was available for guest
