Scarisbrick Hotel

Appalling hotel that needs to be updated- stuck in the 1980’s . Service was very poor with even the night staff agreeing with me and 4 /5 other guests the the hotel is not fit for purpose. Tiny rooms extremely noisy, no air conditioning or fan available. Paper thin towels were removed after 1st night & not replaced. Prices hiked by 300% - pure greed

Worse hotel I have ever been to . Food was gross I was violently sick on day2 of a 5 day stay. Took them 2 days to remove the towels I had to use to clean up vomit I had them in carrier bag in bathroom . Window in room wouldn’t open no bins emptied all week asked for them to change bulb in lamp as it wasn’t working needless to say that request fell on deaf ears . Will never stay in a Britain’s hotel ever again.entertainment was also crap same music all week different singers all terrible bar closed at 10 pm

Oh my goodness don't set foot inside this hotel. We were given room 320 and although the room was clean and tidy we finally got to sleep at 4-50 in the morning. Their is a rock and roll bar across from the room and another live music venue on the other side of the street. This room should never be rented out when they are open over the weekend. It was horrendous we even tried to book other hotels and they were fully booked due to the open golf tournament. Other rooms near by also had similar issues but the noise wasn't as bad. We waited a long time to get served at the bar in the evenings because the staff member spent more time outside smoking and talking to people she knew than serving behind the bar. My suggestion is just don't ever book this hotel in case you get the same rooms .
