Best Western Parkmore Hotel

Pros-Lovely hotel from the outside, room was very clean and comfortable, staff on reception welcoming and efficient. Bed comfortable. Shower fantastic! Glad to have a fan in the room. Dining room staff lovely. Cons- bathroom very dated, no phone to reach reception incase of emergency. Dining room lifeless, bland decor and no atmosphere. Sadly full English breakfast was terrible. Under cooked bacon, white thick chewy sausages which looked and tasted either boiled or microwaved. Unfortunately left most of it, continental was poor and bland. Bread for the toast however was very nice. Overall it was an ok stay.

We had the most wonderful Twilight Spa Evening at the Parkmore Hotel, and it was the perfect way to unwind and catch up with friends. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. We were warmly welcomed by Josh, who showed us around the spa area. He was incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure we knew exactly where everything was, setting a relaxing tone for the rest of our night. The spa facilities were lovely and peaceful, offering the ultimate relaxing atmosphere to de-stress. To top off a brilliant evening, the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely evening. Nice warm atmosphere, great service. Caesar salad starter was especially good! Sticky Toffee pudding delicious! Spa is so much better. Some lovely little touches like fruit and candles. We enjoyed using all of the facilities and then chilling with a glass of Prosecco which was also very nice. New beds around the pool are a big hit. Didn’t wanna leave. We’ll be back.
