We've just spent the most peaceful 4 days at brickfields farm. We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary. Our room buttercup was large and comfortable with a bed room which was ideal for my husband who has mobility problems. Karen and Ian go that extra mile for their guests. This is our 2nd visit here, when we arrived ian remembered my husband had problems getting off the sofa so brought a chair over from the farm house. It's so peaceful with only the sheep and guinea fowl and the odd cat. We could see the alpacas on the hill over the fields. We ate in the restaurant twice and the breakfast was amazing, I would definitely recommend this place. We will be back .

Recently returned from another fabulous stay at Brickfields Farm. We spent four nights in Buttercup as I needed a wetroom due to mobility issues. On checkin with Ian and being shown to our room, Ian went to get a chair to make it easier for me to get up as the very comfortable sofa was too low for me. The breakfasts were superb (cooked by Karen ) as in our previous visit, freshly cooked and well presented (delicious). Evening meals in The Feather and Beak again excellent and delicious. Cath at breakfast was brilliant and service was swift. We will certainly be back for our next Anniversary. Thank you very much guys !!!

Definitely a 5 star B&B. Lovely big room with terrace seating outside, overlooking the sheep and guinea fowl in the fields. Loads of parking. Very clean and well presented. The owners have pretty much thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and feel homely. Breakfast, with loads of choice, is cooked freshly to order in the area that serves as a bistro on several evenings in the week. We ate at the bistro - 'Feather and Beak' on one occasion and the food was outstanding. The owners and staff are very pleasant and helpful. In fact, Expedia somehow made a mistake and booked us in to a room for 3 nights when it was only available for 2, and the owners managed to juggle things around to accommodate us. Excellent all round.
