What a fantastic find. Gary was very welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great location. Highly recommended.

Excellent B&B,situated just a 15 minute walk to Scarborough town centre or a 2 minute walk to Peasholm park and bus stops.the guest house itself is kept spotless by the owner Gary who runs it on his own.Breakfast is fantastic with a range of cereal and fruit juice,tea or coffee and then a full English breakfast if that’s what you want.Gary is such a lovely person,who always has time for a chat and was very helpful if you needed any information.Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic two night stay. Gary is the perfect host, room cleaned daily and is spotless. Breakfast was yummy 😋 Great location. Thanks Gary John and Julie
