We stayed for 3 nights in an executive room to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary. This was our first visit to the Grand and certainly won’t be our last. The location is perfect making walking to all the shops, restaurants and historic buildings so easy.
The door staff, concierge and reception team were so friendly and welcoming. A card and chocolates for our anniversary was a wonderful touch. The room was beautiful, clean and bright. The bed was so comfortable and extra pillows were provided. We both really enjoyed the Molten Brown toiletries and waterfall shower.
I had a full body massage in the Subrosa spa which was exceptional. The whole experience from booking to leaving the spa was superb. The oil was chosen specifically to my preferences and the scent was perfect.
Breakfast in The Rise restaurant was perfect and we were spoiled for choice.
Overall we feel our stay was a wonderful one. We truly felt the staff were part of our celebration and we now have some wonderful memories of our visit.
The Grand was perfect in every way possible and exceeded our expectations. Thank you all!
