Exceptional hospitality and value for a stay close to Scarborough Open Air Theatre and other local attractions. Debbie and Jason go the extra mile for their guests. Stayed 2 nights and won't hesitate to revisit if we're able. Thank you guys. Love Teresa and Shaun

Central location for eating and shops. Not far from the train and bus station, and close to the beach. Jason and Debbie were warm and welcoming. Tea and delicious homemade cake on arrival (and in the room). Room was clean, lovely bedding and very comfortable bed. Lots of choice of drinks in the room, with fresh milk and water in the mini fridge. Everything you could need. Breakfast choice amazing and delicious. Lots of recommendations for where to go and eat. Very attentive hosts, nothing too much trouble. Excellent value, and hope to visit again.

On arrival at the Kensington we were given a warm welcome by Debbie and Jason! ( And a cup of tea and a delicious piece of home made key lime pie) It is quite obvious from the start that they both give their heart and soul to their business and it’s unsurprising that they have many returning guests! The Kensington is situated in the perfect location, right in the heart of North Bay on the beautiful tree lined Columbus Ravine, it’s also a short walk to Peasholm Park. Our stay was made even more special by the delicious breakfast (take a look at the menu!) lovingly made by Jason who is a fantastic cook…. and complemented by Debbies homemade preserves .. The bed is very comfortable with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding. Everything was perfect, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here!
