Easy to access location with free parking included. The friendly reception team, Vicky and Ben, made our evening very enjoyable. Comfortable, clean and well equipped room. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Guess service manager or whatever he called himself very incredibly rude and the sarcasm was not required!! He was more concerned about messaging people on some app than dealing with myself! Would not come back because of that one person!! Not helpful at all!

I’d like to start of with the rooms - we booked two rooms. Both cleaned to a high standard which is pleasant. The decor was minimal but perfect the lighting was good and I loved the temperature of the room and the fact you could have the window slightly open too. Only one of our guests had breakfast which they said they enjoyed and made good use of. One of the guests whom made the trip 7 hours down on trains to go to Corby skatepark ended up breaking his ankle. The main receptionist Daniel was extremely helpful and attentive to my child and for this I could not be more thankful for. My children that I had with me did all attend the hotel with scooters and where slightly hyped and I think the staff where slightly unsure of this but once they seen we were just here for the expierence of the skatepark and could see we were exhausted and just needed some kind support it went a long way and I wanted to mention a special thanks to Daniel specifically but not to forget the cleaning ladies who were nothing but kind to us too. It’s the small things that make the expierence. Thank you for checking us out later than we were supposed to aswell! Signed a very thankful mum who travelled all the way from Edinburgh Scotland ! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
