Holiday Inn Derby-Nottingham

If you want a clean quiet place to sleep this is a decent option. The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was adequate. I staff were very friendly and helpful. It's easy to get to from the M1 and it's a 5 minute drive into Stapleford. I stayed here with a friend when we were attending a workshop at Sewing B. It fit the bill and made the weekend easier!

We went to this hotel on a coach tour using the hotel as our home base. We found the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was superb beautifully cooked. We did not have one bad meal and no one of our other travellers had cause to complain. There was 45 people plus a driver on our tour. Well done to all.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Derby-Nottingham for two nights while attending a wedding nearby. The location was perfect for our trip, with the venue just a short drive away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food, and we particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure after a long day. There were a few areas that could be improved. The rooms are starting to look a little dated, and the bathroom was extremely small. We were also disappointed that our room was not serviced during our stay, with towels not being changed and amenities not being restocked. Despite these issues, we had an enjoyable stay overall. The friendly service, good breakfast, and convenient location outweighed the negatives, and we would consider staying here again if we were in the area.
