Best Western Westminster

Basement room , no lift with language. Room smelt couldn’t open windows as was located near bin. No air con small, small fan provided. Bed comfortable that the best I can say. Overpriced for budget hotel with additional parking fees

Understand there was a heatwave, but felt like there was underfloor heating on. Complained but was given an extra fan. Left their 2 fans and our 2 hand held on for 5 hours while we went into town, came back and nothing was changed (window was open to cool room down). There was no AC. When i say the corridor was cooler i’m not joking, debated staying out there for the night. Also, no cold shower and tap took ages to become cold. Food was average and same with the room. Did not enjoy this stay and would not return.

Hot, no air conditioning, shoddy and small bathroom. Got put in a room by the lift and stairs which was noisy after people were watching football in the bar. No biscuits for tea/coffee. Next to zero ventilation from the window that opens less than six inches. How is this a 4 star hotel. Do not come. I certainly won't be returning. Even though this trip was for work I've paid way less for better accommodation in a much more favourable location.
