Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road)

Excellent meal and service from Michelle & Lorraine who looked after the 3 of us whilst our wives were at the Andre Rieu concert on the 16th September.

Kelly is the most helpful and kind young lady. Helps with all the information you need regarding parking and the hotel. She promotes the prem inn as well as giving information on the local area. Always a smile at breakfast which sets you up for the day. Really lovely member of the prem staff.

Stayed weekend of the Nottingham half marathon for 2 nights. Upon arrival staff apologised and informed us that a music venue opposite which was a bit noisy would end at 10pm this info was appreciated and did not cause a problem at all. We had a great weekend staying and the hotel was the standard we expected from Premier Inn. It was easy to walk into centre of town but it did take around 20mins, but it was a pleasant walk and someone younger may do it quicker!! It was nice to sit at breakfast and watch the barges turning around as you overlook the canal. We stayed in room 105 which overlooked the car park and front of the hotel but it was enough distance away to not notice any traffic noise. What stood out for me was the staff, they were a credit to the company they represent, nothing was too much trouble for them, no one person stood out as they all excelled in what they did. We were a party of seven on one night and they accommodated all our requests with a smile and professionalism that deserved to be recognised. Having managed a corporate reception before I retired, I can honestly say I would have employed any one of them. The best staff we have encountered in any Premier Inn so far. The general public are quick to tell you when you get it wrong but not so quick when you get it right. Well done ladies.
