Overall a great experience at the Garner Hotel Nottingham city centre. I was upgraded to a premium room which was large and well equipped. There were some issues with the first room I was allocated however these were very swiftly put right. The team at the hotel were all absolutely superb and the location is as central as it gets. Parking at the hotel is limited so you need to remember to reserve a space. I would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone. Special mention to Ellie at reception who was fabulous.

Visited Nottingham garner and the experience was absolutely awful. we stayed in 504 The window latch was broken, which meant the window was half open all night. As a result my partner and I were freezing and both caught colds. Then at 10:55 housekeepers tried to get into the room even tho we put a do not disturb sign on the door and had the latch on the door and thank goodness for that because I just came out the shower and all I had on was a towel, the housekeepers didn’t knock either or announce themselves before they tried opening the door and check out we were checked out by Andrew who looked like he couldn’t be bothered to do his job as he tried to make his other colleague check us out even tho she was already checking someone out and he was doing nothing.
