Dog House

Appalling, the room stunk of shake and bac, the carpets where stained and there was a mouse trap in the bottom of the wardrobe. The internal doors were so dirty, you could only open them with your elbow. The breakfast was absolutely awful, the fruit bowl was swimming with flies and had obviously been brought out day after day for weeks, the green apples were now yellow and the bananas were rotten with their skins broken open for the fly's to enjoy. There was just three slices of bread to put in a useless little toaster. My husband took the bags out to the car and came back with a cockroach stuck to his back. Absolutely filthy, don't ever think about booking there.

We booked this Hotel for a overnight stay for our Scooter club to visit the Cotswolds. Compared to many many other Hotels the price for a room and Breakfast was very reasonable. The booking was made very smoothly and they accommodated our every need including changing room capacity at last minute From the moment we arrived Steve and his team could not do enough for us, we arrived 3 hours prior to check in and they had 7 out of our 8 rooms ready for us Our evening meal was very good with a great menu and the bar staff worked hard until last orders to keep us all watered The room was very good and spacious and extremely clean and everyone in our party had a good night sleep. Breakfast consisted of Fruit, Continental Breakfast from Cereals, to pastries and toast and condiments, Tea, Fresh Coffee and fresh Juices and also a full Menu to order from. We cannot speak highly enough of this Hotel, Steve and your team you did a great job looking after us and we will definitely be back next year with more members! Thank you and see you again soon! ***** No Dramas Scooter Club

We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The location was convenient, and our room was spacious. It was a bit warm during the heatwave as there was no air conditioning, but otherwise the room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us to check in earlier than planned. We also enjoyed having drinks on the outdoor terrace, and the food in the pub was very good. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would happily return.
