Do not book here. Horrible experience as they cancelled our booking the evening we were due to arrive because they are "closed today". Thankfully we'd not started the 3 hour drive but whole weekend plans are ruined as there's no affordable hotels with parking. Probably going to relist the room for double the price seeing as there's a comedy festival on this weekend and they know they can jack the price up. Disgusting behaviour.

What follows are facts only of our stay at All Seasons Guest House. When we arrived we were unable to enter the guest house until the host arrived to let us in. (There is no reception desk at the accommodation). The host eventually arrived in her car and was a very pleasant lady who showed us to our room. Our room was basic but clean although the room smelt of damp. Only two sachets of coffee were provided but a few more bags of different types of tea. There was no way of requesting more coffee as there was no reception area and the host didn't seem to be on site. No milk was provided. Our booking stated that breakfast was included. I read the room's information folder and it said that the breakfast room was on the ground floor. In the morning we tried to find this room. On the ground floor there were just two bedrooms (as they were unlocked we were able to check) and a door marked private. I tried knocking at this door and as I received no reply, I opened it. There was a sort of lobby area and two doors off this. I heard a baby crying and knocked on one of the door and was met by a lady who said she just rented a room there. The other room was a kitchen that this lady used. I apologised for having disturbed her. Eventually we left the guest house without breakfast or seeing the host.

Don't even waste you're time, this is by far THE WORST GUEST HOUSE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Gueat house :'D if you can even call it that. If you are a hooker or a method addict looking to catch rabies or hep C this is probably the place for you. I am here now in the family room as I type! lay in a bed with my children wrapped around me as there aren't any duvets (just sheets) and it's chilly, looking up at a ceiling covered in the worst damp patches I've ever seen which I imagine come from upstairs showers or a terribly bad leak in the roof, single glazed windows on a main road with curtains that don't fit and aren't blackout so it's bright, lights on the wall which do not work, damp and mould on the corners of walls, old orange peel and makeup pads underneath one of the beds, dust and dirt everywhere, there's a REALLY noisy fan in the bathroom that is unavoidable as when you turn the light on it automatically comes on, and another fan that is on constantly, it says tea making facilities......THERE IS NOT a cup, kettle or tea bag in sight. No idea why there are so many drawers and space for clothing as I have no idea who in there right mind would stay here after there first night..... £73 for 1 night (and we had to book 2 rooms) for this absolute cesspit. If this is what one room looks like I dread to think what the rest of the rooms are like. Honestly AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is just a dilapidated stain in Oxford.
