The room we were assigned was nothing like the rooms featured on the website for what was booked. For the price, I expected much more than what amounted to a cramped, run-down motel room with thin walls. It seems that the hotel added some poorly built rooms outside of the main hotel so they can keep more bookings. We booked 5-6 months in advance and still had the misfortune of being placed there. I felt ripped off for paying the same price for an inferior room. The only saving grace was that the service from the staff, who seemed to be simultaneously running a restaurant and managing the hotel, was quite good. Overall, would steer clear of this place in the future.

Terrible experience – I want a full refund This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was unacceptable. At check-in, there was absolutely nobody there. We were left standing outside the door for a very long time with no one available to speak to. We repeatedly rang the intercom, and only after approximately one hour did someone finally come. Unfortunately, things did not improve once we entered the room. The room smelled extremely bad and was clearly not properly cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting and covered in hair, with dust everywhere. The overall level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Even the refrigerator was disgusting. There were small milk packets inside that were dirty and covered in grime. This is not the standard anyone should have to accept when paying to stay in a hotel. This experience was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. We paid for a clean and properly managed hotel room, and that is absolutely not what we received. I am requesting a full refund. I do not believe I should have to pay for a room that was in this condition and for a check-in experience where we were left outside for an hour with nobody available to help us. I strongly recommend that the hotel management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the unacceptable cleanliness and lack of staff immediately. Room 102

Good staff, good service, everyone was very helpful. Some people had complained in the past about the heat but not only is it cooler than it is outside, fans (which the hotel provides) solve that pretty quickly.
