We visited on my nans birthday on our way home from Blenheim Palace, we called in entirely on a whim, and we weren’t disappointed! We have 2 allergies in our party and they dealt with it amazingly, they have a dedicated gluten free fryer so my mum could have fish and chips and she says it was the best she’d ever had! The staff were so lovely and they bought out a special birthday dessert for my nan which was a surprise to us. All around amazing family business!

I hate to write negative reviews but if it can help someone I will. We were in UK for about 10 days. This restaurant was the worst of our stay. Food was very poor quality, and it seemed the staff was irritated that we were buying their food. Not sure what to make of all that. It was also not cheap, which was a bit of salt on the wounds... I hope this encourages them to refocus on food quality and their hospitality.

We poppped in here for dinner on a very hot Sunday, six of us including two children. The staff, all levels, servers, managers, etc were so friendly and fun. The table had random Trivial Pursuits card on so you could keep entertained. They chatted to everyone, just excellent. The food was ok too. What a lovely afternoon because of the team. Lovely pub with a nice vibe.
