Located in the borders within easy reach of Perth, St Andrews and the Fife coast. The Bein Inn provides quality accomodation at a sensible price. The staff are very welcoming and will go to great lengths to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. Evening meals are varied, excellent quality and reasonably priced, served by pleasant engaging staff. Rooms are of a good size with all modern amenities, including both a shower and bath. Hot water is always available and a plentiful supply. The Bein Inn is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Best night's sleep in a long time. Big, comfortable bed in a spacious, airy room. Lovely breakfast too.

The guy who runs this hotel is welcoming, friendly and very considerate of each and every guest. It was a pleasure to meet with him on our arrival 😊
