We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at Pine trees hotel in a Highland Haven room in one of the hotel's additional buildings. The room was well appointed though felt a little smaller than expected. Netflix was available for us to log into using our own account. The staff was exemplary and the meals were very good. My husband loved the Smoked Haddock on the breakfast menu. Our questions and issues were resolved immediately to our satisfaction. We would definitely return.

A fabulous first visit – we’ll definitely be back! This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last! From the moment we arrived, the good old-fashioned service and genuine care for the customer experience really stood out. The hotel is beautifully appointed, and all the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and welcoming. The food was superb, and balanced with lovely flavours. Breakfast was excellent — a really good choice and plenty of it, with the buffet being regularly replenished. We did have a slight hiccup with the length of time we had to wait for our evening meal, but what really impressed us was the way this was dealt with. The management handled it brilliantly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It’s easy to judge a place when everything goes perfectly, but how an issue is dealt with says a lot, and on this occasion it was exemplary. We left with a very positive impression and are already looking forward to returning. A lovely place, great food and genuinely caring staff. Well worth a visit!

We spent 3 fantastic days at Pine Trees in Pitlochry. It is a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable hotel, with a great restaurant and a fabulous staff. An easy walk to town but set in a forested area that feels remote. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the common areas elegant and restful.
