Had an extended stay and we can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Donna and her team were exceptional and extremely kind and attentive. The rooms were spotless and all in all just a really good experience.

On arrival we were warmly greeted by the receptionist Tyler. He booked us in and gave us our room keycard. He then told us we had to pay an additional £5 to park! This was not apparent at the booking stage. When we went to our rooms we found we had been given a double room and not a twin as booked. Tyler quickly resolved the problem and found us another room. We disappointed that all rooms appear to have “USB A” ports built in the sockets and the now standard “USB C”, so we’re unable to charge our phones. Again Tyler came to the rescue and lent us his adapter. Well done Tyler.
