Brilliant place. Very clean and safe, great location for everything, great facilities and very welcoming hosts. Lovely breakfast.

This is a lovely guest house. The staff are very friendly. The house is clean tidy and the room was cosy. It is furnished in an older style that suits the Georgian style building. It is within a short walk to the city centre in a quiet area. The breakfasts are of a great quality with local produce served. There are stairs to the top floors but there are two rooms on the ground floor however due to the age of the building it is not suitable for those with severe mobility issues due to steps to access the front door. The house is set above the road on a terrace. All in all a lovely place to stay and I would definitely come back.

What a fabulous find. Great location, within walking distance of the centre of Bath. Clean, beautiful, comfortable room, and a fantastic breakfast. Parking very close by in Charlotte Street Car Park, 5 mins away. Went out for the day and came back to a refreshed room without putting in a request. Lovely.
